City of Upland – Amendment to MFP-98-07 to allocate $187,500 in Transit Capital Improvement (TCI) funds for construction of the Upland Metrolink Station Parking Lot instead of right of way acquisition. MFP-98-07 allocated $187,500 for right of way acquisition, with an equal local match for construction. The City was unsuccessful in its eminent domain action to acquire the original project site. The city has purchased another, larger site adjacent to the Metrolink Station, which the City will contribute as its $187,500 local match. No change to the amount of funds allocated under this resolution. No change to the funding availability deadline according to the timely use of funds policy. |
