Presentations The Climate Change Branch and the Division of Environmental Analysis participated in a two-part series national webinar on Climate Change adaptation hosted by the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) on April 7, 2011. Sharing climate adaptation information and techniques among DOTs across the nation, this presentation focused on adaptation efforts in California at Caltrans.
