District Liaisons

The Design Program provides technical expertise and assistance to district engineering staff via the following liaisons:

Design Coordinator: Facilitates the resolution of policy and procedural issues.

Design Reviewer: Provides technical assistance in geometric, pavement and drainage design.

Project Development Procedures Engineer: Provides guidance and assists in the facilitation and execution of the project development process.
