THIS WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY UNDER RECONSTRUCTION.
Effective April 15, 2005, the pre-approved forms contained in Appendix 3 of the Cooperative Agreement Manual will no longer be pre-approved. This manual in its entirety, including all appendixes, will remain available for reference purpose.
Major efforts are being taken to update the pre-approved forms and the way cooperative agreements are developed and processed. Once the update is complete, the current manual will be replaced. For immediate use, pre-approved form updates will be released as soon as they are available. Be sure to check this site periodically for any new updates and additions
