Cooperative Agreement Streamlining Team (CAST)
The Cooperative Agreements Streamlining Team (CAST) was established to improve the quality of cooperative agreements as well as reduce the time it takes to create and execute an agreement. The Team consists of representatives from Headquarters, Districts, and Local Agencies.
