The RPC workplan contains all approved active projects being worked on by Task Groups. Projects are added to the workplan on an annual cycle except expedited projects can be added during the year. The monthly Workplan Status provides project details including start date, target completion date, percent complete and current activities for every task and deliverable. The Management Status Report summarizes for all active projects overall progress including recently completed accomplishments, next task to be completed and percent complete.
