Requirements: Union Signatory, Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador Construction, Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador?s insurance requirements. Per current state regulations, please provide a current DIR number and expiration date with your quote. Plans and specifications are available from the Caltrans website or you may contact Beador for a copy to be emailed. Subcontractor scope (including any conditions or exceptions) is required via fax 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
