Services needed: We are seeking DVBE participation from Subcontractors, and Consultants for the following items of work, but not limited to: SWPPP, Traffic Control, Construction Area Signs, Roadway Sign, Striping, and Electrical.
Requirements: Requirements: Papich Construction Co. Inc. (PCI) intends to bid as a Prime for this Caltrans contract. We intend to conduct ourselves in good faith and work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. We are willing to break out items of work into economically feasible packages to facilitate DBE participation from certified firms. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. We will reimburse for bond premium up to 2%. By submitting a price quote to PCI, Subcontractors and Suppliers affirm they have carefully examined ALL the bidding/contract documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the scope of the work. We are signatory to Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign a one time agreement for trades covered under our union agreements.
