Requirements: Papich Construction Co Inc (PCI) intends to bid as a Prime for this Caltrans contract. We intend to conduct ourselves in good faith and work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project. We are willing to break out items of work into economically feasible packages to facilitate DBE participation from certified firms. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required for the full amount of the subcontract price.
