Requirements: Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Requirements: MCM will assist in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, as well as any related assistance in services. Every Subcontractor is required to be registered with the State DIR to perform public work. Subcontractors must be prepared to furnish payment and performance bonds issued by a California admitted surety that is acceptable to MCM.
