Scope letters should be submitted the day before the bid date. Bonds may be required: 100% Performance and 100 % Payment for the full amount of subcontractor?s price. Surety companies will have to be approved by Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut). Argonaut may pay up to 1.5 % of the bond premium. Union signatory will be required on this project.
