Plans and specifications are available for no charge off the Caltrans website. This is a Federal-Aid Contract with a DBE goal of 10%. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Subcontractors must fill out a prequalification form (if not already done), be current on registration with the Department of Industrial Regulations and must possess a current contractor?s license, and Worker?s Compensation and Insurance coverage during the entire project.
