Subject: Issuance of 2006 Revised Standard
Plans
The following 2006 Revised Standard Plans (RSPs), dated
June 15, 2007, are being issued and distributed in electronic
format:

B11-66, "California ST-40 Bridge

ES-7C, "Electrical Systems (Signal
and Lighting Standard-Case 1 Arm Loading, Wind Velocity=100
MPH, Arm Lengths 15' to 30')"
2006 Standard Plans based projects, including AADD,
to be received in the Division of Engineering Services-Office
Engineer (DES-OE) after July 13, 2007 must include these
RSPs, as applicable.
2006 Standard Plans based projects, including shelved
projects, that are already in DES-OE are to include
these RSPs, as applicable, if they do not delay project
delivery.
RSP D74B: Added "T", wall thickness, to the
"a" Dimension and the "b" Dimension
columns in Table B. Also in Table B, corrected curb
type "A1-6", which was above "Type A
Dike", to "B1-6. In Note 6, revised "…#6
plain round protection bar…" to "…3/4"
plain round protection bar…."
RSP B11-66: In the Typical Section, corrected the W6
x 24 Rail post to W6 x 25.
RSP B11-67: In the Typical Section, corrected the W6
x 24 Rail post to W6 x 25.
RSP ES-7C: In Detail W, corrected the 31/2" dimension
to 31/4".
The listed RSPs are available in DGN , DWG and PDF
file formats and are integrated into the list of 2006
Standard Plans at Caltrans internet site:
