Subject: Issuance of 2004 Revised and New Standard
Plans
The following 2004 New Standard Plans (NSPs) and Revised
Standard Plan (RSP), dated October 20, 2006, is being
issued and distributed in electronic format:

2004 Standard Plan based projects must include these
NSPs and RSP, as applicable, for:
Projects in Division of Engineering Services - Office
Engineer (DES-OE) not Draft Contract Ready by October
20, 2006.
Projects, including AADD, received in the DES-OE after
October 20, 2006.
NSP A77C5, NSP A77C6, NSP A77C7, NSP A77C8, NSP A77C9,
NSP A77C10, NSP A78C3, NSP A78C4, NSP A78C5, NSP A78C6
have been added to be used with SSP 83-025, "Vegetation
Control (Minor Concrete)."
RSP A82D2 has been revised to revise a dimension on
both plan views.
The listed NSPs and RSP are available in DGN , DXF
and PDF file format and is integrated into the list
of 2004 Standard Plans at Caltrans internet site:

The NSPs and RSP are available also in tif file format
available via the DES-OE PS&E Pickup Folder for
use in AADD projects at the following address:

The Standard Plans List SSP (StdPln) to go along with
the 2004 Erratum No. 6 has been revised and is posted
