Inquiry #1: Construction water access? I didn't notice any existing irrigation on the plans, is there any source for construction water onsite or is it offsite of the project?

Inquiry #3: Item 22 - EROSION CONTROL (COMPOST BLANKET) does not look to have a spec in the special provisions or plan sheets. specific materials of compost and application/construction is needed for this line item. Please advise. Thank you.
