Response #2: The Geotechnical Design Report was intended to be included in the Information Handout. It was inadvertantly left out. Please bid assuming this information is not available.

Inquiry #2: The first Bidder's Inquiry may satisfy my concern. I would like to know if Logs of Test Bores might be available to bidders online? If so, I'm wondering why they weren't included in the Plans & Specs to begin with.
