Question- Is the 7.0 percent referenced in Item 2.10 indicate 7.0 percent based on dry weight of aggregate or 7.0 percent based on total weight of mix?

Response #2:This project is still using the 2006 specs so the percentage is based on the weight of the dry aggregate.
