Inquiry #2: clarifications are requested regarding 10-2.04 Roadside Clearing:
States existing plants shown on plans to be removed shall be removed.

There is alot of existing material not shown to be removed but roadside clearing is to be done. The only plants shown to be removed on PP-11 oleanders to be removed. So do we understand that the remaining roadside clearing areas shown will be weed and debris removeal only! as there are no existing materials called out to be removed.

Inquiry #3: There are numerous dirt piles at the Sherman Way northbound on-ramp areas. Who will be responsible to remove this material?
