Inquiry #4: sheet 38 of 59, note 1 reads "remove existing loops and install new type E loops"
shouldn't say abandon?

Inquiry #5: sheet 39 of 59, coduit schedule, run 7 calls for 20 new conductors # 4, it will never fit.
run # 8 calls for 24 # 4, same...
please clarify
