Inquiry #4: There is not any reference to Section 39 in the special provisions. Can you clarify what the specifications are for the asphalt material.

Response #2:The 2015 Std Specs carries the same organization as the 2010 Std Specs.

If you do not see a reference under "Special Provisions", please refer to the "Revised Std Specs applicable to the 2015 Edition of the Std Specs" and the 2015 Std Specs.

Inquiry #6: To further clarify Bid Inquiry #1, I acknowledge the profile data has been provided, and that the depth of the "must" grinds need to be removed to meet the smoothness specification. That being said, for the areas not considered must grinds, what is the depth of the material that can be removed?
