Inquiry #6: Question regarding Irrigation Pull box's.
1. Pull box's are referenced to section 86-2.06(A) of the revised standards which is a high voltage pull box spaced at 200lf. The normal standard for irrigation pull box standard specification section 20-3.03H(2) Has spacing at max 500ft and does not call out for fully grouted box's which again are normal electrical and not low voltage irrigation conductors. There is no conduit coming up into these box's, just direct burial armor clad wire which would be sealed in the grout. Please advise on correct section required for low voltage irrigation pull box.s

Inquiry #9: Tree Care “as needed” – can we define this a bit better?

If an Arborist were to look at the trees, they would likely say they all need to be trimmed now because they are full. But is this contract based on just pruning if a branch breaks or impedes traffic flow? Is that what is considered “as needed” ?

Or, are the trees on a cycle of some sort. Every 2-5 years? If so, what is that cycle and when was the last time the trees were trimmed? It looks like the palms have not been pruned in many years?
