Construction Offices: Personnel assignment letters; scheduling and staffing assistance for ACMs; SCEM and people reports updates; TEC review; PISA problem review; PARFs review; CCO concurrence letters approval.

Statewide Support: Liaison to Structure Construction’s Area Construction Managers (ACM), TEC review; PISA problems reviews; Personnel Action Requests review; Contract Change Order concurrence letters approval. operating expense budgets including field equipment, computers and training budgets; manuals; personnel issues; field and office safety practices; computer practices and support; new specifications review; legislative bill analysis; training (field and office) including organization of yearly training of all OSC staff, Structure Construction Engineering Management System management, support, and delivery; scheduling and staffing assistance for ACMs; Project Development contact for strategy, constructability, and type selection meeting assignments; workload development and allocation of PYs, OT, and travel budgets; falsework, trenching and shoring, and demolition practices and procedures.
