Pavement Standards Team Pavement Advisory (PSTPA)
The PST Pavement Advisory provides information and news on current issues deemed important and needing immediate attention. The advisories identify issues, recommended courses of action, and resources available to aid in making pavement related decisions. Advisories are temporary and expire within 2 years of issue date unless otherwise specified in the advisory.

California Highway Design Manual (HDM) Links
Many chapters in the California Highway Design Manual (HDM) provide information relevant to pavement design standards. All chapters are provided in both English and Metric measurement versions.

Note: Effective June 26,2006, the Flexible Pavement Rehabilitation Manual (FPRM) has been discontinued and can no longer be used for designing pavement structures on California state pavements. Information related to flexible pavement rehabilitation design is found in the California Highway Design Manual, Chapter 630, Topic 635, and California Test Method 356.
