Establishing pavement structure engineering, standards, methods, and guidance
Providing technical guidance and training for Life Cycle Cost Analysis procedures for pavement projects
Developing and maintaining pavement-related standard plans and software
Providing training related to pavement engineering
Performing independent quality assurance of pavement project development practices on State Highway projects
