Materials Engineering and Testing Services

METS Materials Administrative Office provides identification and communication of Materials Sampling and Testing Requirements.  This office provides a systematic means of management of Form, “Notice of Materials to be Used”.  This office also provides a response to the contractor identified in the CEM-3101 indicating the procedures to be followed for release of material to the job site.
