FFY 17-18 Project Authorization/Adjustment Pilot Program



The FFY 17-18 Project Authorization/Adjustment Pilot Program is a six-month endeavor to streamline the Division of Local Assistance processing of federal authorization and adjustment requests. The Program enables selected project sponsors to use a revised authorization/adjustment request form (LAPM-3A) and procedure to initiate authorizations and adjustments for their federal-aid projects.

The Program will be implemented from December 1, 2017 to June 1, 2018 with various agencies throughout the state. After the conclusion of the Program, we will evaluate the impacts of the revised request form and procedure and provide additional guidance on the potential use statewide.
