Lead Agency Responsibilities
The 2012-2013 Environmental Enhancement Mitigation Program (EEM) Grant Cycle is underway. The 90-day grant application period started on October 1, 2012, please see the link for the EEM Guidelines. http://resources.ca.gov/eem/ If you are the lead agency responsible for the construction of the Related Transportation Facility (RTF), you will need to fill out Appendix C in the guidelines and provide the applicant with CEQA documents of the RTF project. If you are requested by the applicant, please prepare documents in a timely fashion, so that they can proceed with the proposed project and have time to send it to the California Natural Resources Agency, no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013.
