Cooperative Work Agreement (CWA)
Per Government Code Section 16304.3

November 18, 2005 - Requests for CWA extensions are due to the Districts' Local Assistance Engineer. No late submittals will be accepted.

All requests for CWA extensions must be submitted in electronic and hard copy format.

All requests for CWA extensions must include your Board/Council's approval.

The file locations below are self-extracting zip files. After you double click on the appropriate file, you will be asked to open, save or cancel.

To Save:

Click Save and a "Save As" window pops up. Save this file to your desktop or wherever you decide. Then go to that location and double click on the executable file. Then proceed as if you had Clicked Open (see steps below).

To Open:

1. If you click on the link, WINZIP will automatically extract the files to dedicated folders on the C: drive which WINZIP creates for you.

2. Click Ok and another WINZIP window pops up. Click Ok again.

3. Go to C:\District Worksheets or C:\BTA Worksheets and find your specific file.

4. Make changes and save.

5. Attach it in an e-mail and send.
