Local Federal Program Balances and Project Status Reports

Balances as of 2/28/2005

The reports below are NOT OFFICIAL. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Balances have not been reconciled within the Department or FHWA. Generally, the reports are fairly accurate, and for that reason we are making them available.

We are posting these reports because of the length of time it takes to perform the above reconciliation. It takes anywhere from a week to a month to perform reconciliation.

If you need the official reports go back to the official reports page.

CMAQ/RSTP Reports for MPO/RTPA's use:

All reports on this page include Federal apportionments, Exchange transfers, TEA OA loans, project obligations and adjustments, final vouchers, including project status.

CMAQ/RSTP Reports for Caltrans use:

These reports are more complicated in that balances are broken down to the MPO-apportionment code level. Caltrans staff need this information to determine what apportionment codes have funds available to obligate on projects.
