Short Shelf Life Seed Species
It is recommended to NOT specify seed species known to have a shelf life of less than six months. While specifying a short shelf life specie may initally make an environmental regulatory agency happy, specifying a seed specie unlikely to germinate does not meet the spirit of a permit requirement.
