Our responsibilities include managing resources and contracts.
Analzye appropriations. Manage state federal, and grant funds. Develop spending plans. Allocate resources to districts. Certify program funding. Forecast and analyze expenditures. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports. Manage charging practices. Update resource management process.
Analyze contract package, process contract amendments, close-out completed contracts, and maintain contract files. .Enhance the capability for efficient and effective transportation decision making through the use of GIS technology.
Brandon Shoemaker, Chief
Our responsibilities include Human Resources, Business Services, and Communications duties.
Manage the hiring process. Support employees regarding leave benefits. Coordinate the student assistant program and provide health and safety services.
Maintain equipment status and inventory, coordinate facility services, manage training and travel, provide clerical support, coordinate records management and bill analysis, and purcharse general goods and services.
Respond to California Pulblice Records Act requests. Distribute final research reporsts. Develop communication plans and presentations. Coordinate Research Connections events. Publish division directives and polices.

Our responsibilities include maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, and departmental policies.
Compliance and Departmental Support
Maintain compliance with state and federal law with regards to Title VI, Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Conflict of Interest. Comply with Director Policies, Deputy Directives and Division Directives.
Traffic Collision Reports (TCR) Coding
Code TCR accident locations. Generate reports for high accident concentration areas. Maintain collision report archives. Respond to inquiries/requests regarding accident reports. Prepare annual collision data reports.
