The project is located on U.S. Highway 395 in Inyo County near Little Lake.  The project limits extend from the Kern / Inyo County Line to 1.0 mile south of South Little Lake Road.

Project Description:

This project is a State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP) roadway rehabilitation project to preserve and extend the service life of the roadway. The project includes widening shoulders, drainage improvements, and a curve correction south of Five Mile Canyon bridge on the southbound alignment.

 Project Status:

The project is in the Final Design (How A Project Gets Built) phase, and design of the approved alternative is in progress.
