Q2) 60 lbs / acre is too little to provide protection. Standard application is 100 to 120 lbs/acre. Given the slope angle; 150 lbs /acre is more effective. What rate do we use for bidding?

Q3) Is there a set of "Road Plans"? Sheet 10 of 32 makes reference to "See 'Road Plans'" for roadway excavation and backfill but I have not been able to find any drawings titled "Road Plans."
