Q1) Our company has installed Ultraliner for Caltrans in the past and we are inquiring if the specs can be changed to allow fold and form PVC alloy to be installed. Our last job with Caltrans was for the 780 /80 interchange in Vallejo where we installed several thousand feet of 15", 18", 24" liner through storm drains. We would like to bid on your current job out for bid.

A1) At this point a change to the contract plans and specifications would delay the project. Therefore, bid in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
