Q1) It calls to reconstruct all the mbgr but there are no items for the type Terminal Anchor Systems they will want to replace the out dated ones.There is no item for the bridge connections either. Will there be an addendum with these items or is it up to us to figure out what to use?

No, there will not be an Addendum. Another project will be upgrading the end treatments and bridge connections.
Q2) All the MBGR is to be reconstructed but there is no item for the Terminal Systems that Caltrans wants to replace the outdated ones.Is there going to be an addendum to add them to the quantities?

Q3) This project has a Profile Index requirement. Can the over lay be placed in two lifts. This will insure a smoother project. ( a leveler of .1' and a overlay of 15')

Yes, it may be placed in two lifts as per the minimum and maximum thicknesses per lift in the Standard Specifications.
Q4)
It calls to connect the reconstructed MBGR to existing terminal systems. The amount of reconstruct MBGR in the quantities includes the existing terminal systems.There should be items for the type terminal systems to be used to replace the existing ones since they are out of spec!
A4) This will be done on a separate project.
