Q) Considering the quantity of locations, length of project boundaries (57 miles), and the impact of installing weed barrier under metal beam guard railing. A consideration of increasing the working days to reduce the impact to public traffic flow should be made. With the current working days allowed, multiple crews working at various locations within a close proximity at the same time will be required. The traffic impact will be 20 minute delays for each closure location. Please consider increasing the working days to at least 200 to allow sufficient time to complete the scope of work without multiple concurrent lane closures.

A) The maximum length of lane closures shall be 3.2 km (2.0 miles) with 3.2 km between lane closures.
