Coordinate workplan development. Prioritizes, schedules and assigns Land Surveying projects and tasks for the district in accordance with district priorities.

Prepares reports and summaries, on a systematic basis, for the Supervising Land Surveyor and the District Branch Chief's showing assignments, schedules, resource needs, delivery achievements, and resources by project and by organizational unit.

Assist the Supervising Land Surveyor in negotiating annual resource needs with the districts Program/Project Management Division Chief, other functional District Managers, and the Design brokering proposals with the other public agencies and districts.

Estimate resource needs (Personnel, operating expenses) monitor costs and maintain expenditure reports.
