NIGHT LANE CLOSURES ON ROUTE 221 FOR PAVING IN NAPA COUNTY

Starting on Sunday night, June 24th, and continuing through Friday night, June 29th, Caltrans construction crews, will be closing one of the two lanes in both directions of Route 221, between the Route 29 junction and Imola Avenue in Napa County, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Crews will only be closing a lane in both directions of Route 221 between the hospital and Imola Avenue between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., with the southbound lane opening by 6:00 a.m.

These lane closures and closure hours are scheduled for the next two weeks on Route 221 and are necessary for the purpose of repaving the roadway surface.

Minor traffic delays are anticipated, use of alternate routes is advised, when possible. Motorist are advised that construction work zones, are double fine zones and to use caution when traveling through the work area. For more Information on Bay Area travel, call TravInfo at 817-1717.
