The MSN project consists of three segments:

Segment A (Southern Segment) – Route 37 to Atherton Avenue

Segment B (Central Segment) – Atherton Avenue to north of Route 116 (East)

Segment C (Northern Segment) - Route 116 (East) to Old Redwood Highway.
