Caltrans formed a Policy Advisory Group (PAG) consisting of elected officials from the cities and counties of Marin and Sonoma to:
- Encourage open discussion between
affected communities
- Provide input on critical issues
- Assist in meeting critical deadlines
- Serve as liaison between the project and the committee member’s agencies to disseminate information
PAG meetings are held quarterly, and are scheduled in conjunction with SMART meetings for the convenience of the PAG and SMART members. The meeting location alternates between the cities of San Rafael (Marin County) and Santa Rosa (Sonoma County). San Rafael PAG meetings are held at the San Rafael City Council Chambers,1400 Fifth Street. Santa Rosa PAG meetings are held at the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors chambers, 575 Administration Drive, Room 102A.
