OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHT/ GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS is responsible for three (3) major programs: Legislative Affairs, Small Business and Equal Opportunity. The Equal Opportunity program is responsible for ensuring that Caltrans complies with Federal and State anti-discrimination laws and the Department’s EEO policies in all its internal business practices and activities.
