Keeping in mind that per Order of Work: Contractor shall not begin any work which will require one way traffic control prior to January 19, 2009 due to the 17th Annual Winter Wineland Festival. • In reference to Section A-A on Sheet 42 of 46;  It doesn't appear that the lagging can be rotated into position, as required for top down construction, while maintaining the specified 125mm minimum overlap without clipping the corners, which is not allowed.  Can you please advise on the intended method for the lagging installation?

Bid per the current contract bid documents.
