Draft Environmental Assessment / Environmental Impact Report

The Draft EA/EIR was circulated in Spring/Summer 2006 for public review. The public had the opportunity to submit comments on the environmental document at the June 2006 Public Hearings, on the project website and by mail. Comments were received until July 31, 2006 and are currently under review. You may download the Draft EA/EIR by selecting the appropriate links on this page. If you have any trouble opening the files in Acrobat, try right clicking on the link and save the file to your desktop. Once the file has downloaded, open it from there.
