OFFICE OF BUDGETS’ responsibilities include the distribution and monitoring of support resources allocated to the District: Capital Finance and Federal Aid coordination; maintenance of the employee data bases; review and approval of hiring documents; project expenditure authorization processing; and coordination of all budget activities between the Headquarters and District Program Managers.
