PROJECT PURPOSE AND NEED
- Improve safety conditions and reduce accidents at the intersection of State Route 16 and Kentucky Avenue in the City of Woodland.
- Improve traffic operation and address future travel demand. At the same time provide congestion relief and enhance mobility for the driving public.
