Sac 50 HOV Sac50 Bus/Carpool Lane and Community Enhancements Project
Proposed project would add bus/carpool lanes in the existing median of U.S. Highway 50 from Sunrise Boulevard to Watt Avenue.



El Dorado 50 HOV Lane El Dorado 50 - High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes Currently Under Construction
Add two high-occupancy vehicle (HOV, or carpool) lanes (one eastbound and one westbound) in the median of U.S. 50 in western El Dorado county from the El Dorado Hills Blvd. Undercrossing to South Shingle Road/Ponderosa Rd Overcrossing. Includes bridge modifications, lighting improvements, new overlay and CHP enforcement area.



Harbor Boulevard Interchange Project Harbor Boulevard Interchange Project Currently Under Construction
The purpose of this project is to improve mobility and reduce congestion at the interchange by increasing capacity, improving the level of safety and enhance movement to and from the Port of Sacramento and the adjacent industrial area.



I-5 Elk Grove I -5 Elk Grove Blvd to Downtown Sacramento Bus-Carpool Lane Project
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Sacramento Transportation Authority (STA), is proposing to add approximately 13 miles of Bus/Carpool Lanes (also known as High Occupancy Vehicle or HOV lanes) on Interstate 5 (I-5) in both directions in Sacramento County, from about one mile south of Elk Grove Boulevard to U.S. Highway 50.



Hov I-80 I -80 Across The Top Bus-Carpool Lane Project
The proposed project will construct bus/carpool lanes in the median of Interstate 80, in both directions, from west of West El Camino Avenue to Watt Avenue (approximately 10 miles).



Placer 65 Placer 65 - Lincoln Bypass Currently Under Construction
Construct a four-lane freeway around the City of Lincoln, in Placer County. The project begins 0.3 km (0.5 mile) south of Industrial Blvd. and ends near Riosa Rd.



Carpool Lane Logo Sacramento Area Bus/Carpool Lane Improving Mobility in the Sacramento Region
Bus/Carpool lanes, also known as HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) lanes and diamond lanes, are effective transportation system management tools for reducing traffic congestion and improving mobility.



Sac 80 Sac/Plac I-80 Operational & Capacity Improvement Project
This State Transportation Improvement Project on Interstate 80 (I-80) in Sacramento and Placer Counties is a 5.8 mile project that will increase freeway capacity, improve safety, and improve traffic flow from approximately one-half mile west of the Sacramento/Placer County line to approximately one mile east of the State Route 65 connector in Placer County.



Sutter 99 Sutter 99 - Safety and Operational Improvement Currently Under Construction
Highway improvement project on State Route 99 in Sutter County, between the SR99/70 junction to Sacramento Ave. and from Central Ave. to O'Banion Rd. Widen SR99 to a 4-lane facility with continuous median and left-turn lanes.



Yolo 16 and Kentucky Ave Signalized Intersection Project Currently Under Construction
Install a signalized intersection to provide safety improvements and enhance traffic operations at the intersection of State Route 16 and Kentucky Avenue in Woodland, CA.
