The primary goal of the regional transportation planning program is to work with our regional and local transportation partners to help guide, assist, and maintain the regional transportation planning process. Regional Planning Liaisons serve as the single point of contact within the District for all regional transportation planning activites. This includes but is not limited to, administration of the Overall Work Program process, and representing Caltrans interests in the Regional Planning process and programming issues.
