Grinding & Paving Tuesday on State Highway 99 in Chico

 

Chico- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is alerting motorists that on Tuesday, April 15, Caltrans crews will be closing the East 8th Avenue off-ramp of southbound State Highway 99 for grinding and paving.  The work is necessary to repair numerous potholes. 

 

The work will occur between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Unexpected weather or equipment problems may prolong or cause the work to be rescheduled. 

 

Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the work area and to “Slow For the Cone Zone”.
