Announces Appointment of New Small Business Liaison
Marysville
- The California Department of
Transportation (Caltrans) is pleased to announce the appointment of Liza
Whitmore as the new Caltrans District 3 Small Business Liaison. As the Small Business Liaison, Ms. Whitmore
is responsible for assisting District 3 to meet Governor Schwarzenegger’s 25
percent small business participation goal in state procurement and contracts.
Ms.
Whitmore is available to provide individualized and/or group assistance to
small businesses who are seeking to become “small business certified” with the
State, to learn about surety bond assistance, or who would like to know more
about small business or disabled veteran business opportunities with
Caltrans.
Ms.
Whitmore is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5
