[1] Is 2” conduit with 3 #1 conductor existing or new? If new, how long is conduit run? Are conductors per utility or Caltrans specifications? This is concerning the service conduit.

[2] There are no details on plans that show what type of construction area signs or how many?

Are you going to require welding inspection & associated fees for this contract - it is not addressed.

Time is running out. This bid has to be Fed-exd tomorrow! These questions need to be addressed or we can't get pricing.
